Hi 

Please take this as an official request for permission to host a 5th concert in the space of 28 days. We 
currently have confirmed a concert on the 11th, 15th, 22nd & 25th June 2022 but as it states in section four 
of our premises licence we have to get written consent from the licensing authority. We would request 
permission for a 5th night on the 16th June 

Separate to this we would like a permanent change to our licence that currently restricts Heavy Good 
Vehicles access and egress from and onto Great Stone Road. This is currently in the section referring to 
concerts over 5000 ticket holders. We have to ask for permission on this each year as we don’t really 
have another viable entrance.
